1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ix7-game.net and the ix7 game application (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and age verification

The Platform offers real-money gaming and is strictly limited to adults. You may only open an account and play if all of the following are true:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Real-money online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.
• You are not resident in a restricted state (see section 8).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not for any third party.

We verify age and identity as part of our KYC process. Providing false information — including about your age or state of residence — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any bonus funds and associated winnings.

3. Your account

You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts, accounts opened on behalf of another person, and accounts used to circumvent a limit, exclusion or restriction will be closed.

• Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• We will never ask for your password or a one-time password (OTP). Anyone who does is attempting to defraud you.
• Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign or share it.

4. Deposits

Deposits may be made through the payment methods offered in the app, including UPI. Funds must originate from an account held in your own name. We do not accept deposits from third-party accounts and may reverse them.

• Deposits are credited once the payment is confirmed by the provider.
• We do not extend credit. You can only wager funds already in your balance.
• Deposit limits can be applied to your account at your request and will not be lifted early.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without first contacting support may result in account suspension.

5. Withdrawals and KYC

Before your first withdrawal you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This exists to prevent fraud, underage play and money laundering, and it protects you as much as it protects us.

• Withdrawals are paid only to a bank account or UPI ID held in the same verified name as your account.
• Your first withdrawal takes longer because documents are reviewed by a person. Later withdrawals are typically processed the same day.
• Any wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be met in full before associated winnings become withdrawable (see section 6).
• We may request additional documentation where required by law or where activity appears irregular.
• Withdrawal minimums, maximums and daily limits are displayed in the app and may change.

6. Bonus terms and wagering requirements

The ₹10,000 welcome bonus is offered to new players only, once per person, household, device and payment method. Participation is optional — you may decline the offer and play with your own funds instead.

• Bonus funds are not cash. They are credited separately from your cash balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• A wagering requirement applies: bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The multiple is stated on the offer at the point you opt in.
• Game weightings apply. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement. Some titles may be excluded entirely.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unmet requirements at expiry cause the bonus and any winnings derived from it to be removed.
• Maximum stake limits may apply while a bonus is active.
• Bonus abuse — including low-risk or hedged betting patterns designed solely to clear a requirement, and the use of multiple accounts — voids the bonus and any winnings from it.

7. Game outcomes and fairness

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators supplied by the game studios, or, for live tables, by physical events dealt by a human croupier on camera. ix7 game does not control, predict or adjust the outcome of any round.

• Every game carries a house edge. Over time, the Platform retains a percentage of amounts wagered.
• Results are independent. Previous outcomes have no bearing on future ones. No game is ever "due" to pay.
• No outcome is guaranteed. Any person, site or tool claiming to predict or guarantee results is fraudulent and unaffiliated with us.
• In the event of an obvious error, malfunction or mis-priced market, we reserve the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

8. Restricted states

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful where you live. Using a VPN, proxy, false address or any other means to disguise your location in order to access the Platform from a restricted state is a material breach of these Terms. It will result in immediate account closure, and any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Laws governing online real-money gaming in India vary by state and change over time. We update this list as regulations change, but the obligation to check your local position remains yours.

9. Responsible gaming

Real-money gaming must be treated as paid entertainment. It is not a source of income, an investment, or a way to recover money you have already lost.

Before you play, decide what you are willing to lose — and stop when you reach it. Warning signs that play is no longer under control include:

• Betting more than you planned, or chasing losses in an attempt to break even.
• Playing for longer than you intended, or at times you had set aside for other things.
• Borrowing money, or using funds set aside for essentials, in order to play.
• Concealing how much you play or how much you have lost.
• Feeling anxious, irritable or low when you are not playing.

Tools available on request. Contact @bbxxyyz and we will apply any of the following to your account, usually within minutes:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps.
• Session reminders — periodic prompts showing elapsed time and net position.
• Cooling-off period — a temporary lock, from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — a long-term or permanent account closure.

Once applied, a limit or exclusion cannot be lifted early, and we will not send you promotional messages while it is active. If gaming is causing harm to you or someone you know, please seek support from a qualified professional or a recognised problem-gambling helpline in your state.

10. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Open more than one account, or allow another person to use your account.
• Use bots, automation, scripts, or exploit a bug, error or vulnerability in the Platform.
• Collude with other players, or engage in any form of match-fixing or fraud.
• Use the Platform to launder money or to move the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Access the Platform from a restricted state, or misrepresent your identity, age or location.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

We may suspend or close any account, withhold funds, and report activity to the relevant authorities where we reasonably suspect a breach of this section.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including the ix7 game name and logo, page designs, text, graphics and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Game artwork and game software remain the property of the respective studios.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Nothing on the Platform transfers any ownership right to you.

12. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied.

We are not liable for losses arising from: your use of, or inability to use, the Platform; interruptions, latency or connectivity failures on your device or network; funds lost through real-money play; or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

Before initiating any formal proceedings, please contact our support team. The overwhelming majority of disputes — particularly those concerning withdrawals, KYC and bonus terms — are resolved within a single conversation.

14. Changes to these terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time — for example, to reflect changes in law, in the games we offer, or in our bonus mechanics. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

Material changes will be announced in the app and in our Telegram community. Continuing to use the Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
